1. Data controller

Thanakorn Buathongtanakarn operates this website and acts as its data controller. Privacy enquiries may be sent to thanakorn@thanakorn.site.

2. Information that may be processed

When you visit, Cloudflare may process necessary technical information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser type, and security events to deliver content, prevent abuse, and maintain availability. The site does not build visitor profiles or log request contents in application code.

If you choose to email, we receive your name, email address, message, and anything you attach. Do not send health information or other sensitive personal data unless genuinely necessary.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Securely deliver the website, detect abuse, and diagnose failures, based on the legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
• Respond to email you initiate, to take steps at your request and for the legitimate interest in communicating with you.
• Comply with law or protect legal rights where necessary.

4. Service providers and transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which provides network delivery, security, and necessary operational records. Cloudflare may process information in multiple countries under its infrastructure and data-protection terms. The email provider processes messages when you contact us.

5. Retention

The site creates no visitor database. Technical records follow Cloudflare’s operational and security retention settings. Email is deleted within 12 months after the matter is resolved unless continued research correspondence, a legal obligation, or the defence of rights requires longer retention.

6. Cookies and tracking

The application sets no cookies, does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics or third-party trackers, and carries no advertising. If this changes, this notice will be revised before the new technology is enabled.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and may complain to a supervisory authority. We verify identity only as necessary before acting.

8. Children and health information

The site is not designed to collect information from children and provides no patient-data intake. Research pages use aggregate results and de-identified datasets as described per project.
